海洋软管管体是通过接头来进行连接,接头是海洋软管的关键部位,同时也是软管的薄弱环节。一般情况下,软管接头可以分为注胶式和扣压式两种。其中扣压式软管接头是一种传统海洋软管的连接方式,具有结构简单、操作方便的特点。这种接头虽然连接强度、密封性能无法满足深海要求,但对于在浅海中使用的小口径复合软管却具有很大优势。因此,扣压式软管接头仍被广泛地应用。在使用过程中,扣压式软管接头会经常出现因接头结构设计不合理或加工装配中的失误,造成接头拔脱或泄漏失 效的现象。对于非粘结柔性海洋软管,API 17B[4] 和API 17J [5] 做了相应规范,使用要求更高。因此,有必要对扣压式软管接头的结构设计、装配方法进行研究,以提高其连接质量。

Therefore, the coupler is still widely used. In the process of use, the phenomenon of joint pulling out or leakage is often caused by the unreasonable design of joint structure or the error in processing and assembly. For non-bonded flexible Marine hoses, API 17B[4] and API 17J [5] have made corresponding specifications, with higher requirements for use. Therefore, it is necessary to study the structural design and assembly method of the buttoned-down joint to improve its connection quality.

接头结构设计

扣压式软管接头主要由接头芯、套筒和连接软管共同构成,装配时,将软管接头放置到预先设计好的的位置,通过外扣或外扣加内胀的方式,在压紧力的作用下使接头发生塑性变形,进而挤压软管的外胶层和内胶层,将软管管体和接头连成一个整体。通过改变扣压量的大小去改变接头的连接强度,连接软管管体发生弹性变形与接头紧密接触,进而产生密封的效果。
